Badminton for Beginners & Intermediates!

Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or looking to improve your game, our Beginner & Intermediate Badminton sessions are designed to help you build confidence, refine your technique, and have a great time on the court. You’ll get the chance to learn through drills, practice sessions, and friendly matches, making every game both a learning experience and a whole lot of fun. sessions are 120mins long.

What to wear? comfortable workout clothes and non-marking shoes

What to bring? A badminton racket,A bottle of water, a towel to wipe off sweat (if required) and loads of entusiasm to play :) See you on the court sisters!
