Women's Beginner Basketball Coaching

This coached session is designed especially for women beginners eager to build their skills in a supportive environment. Each 90-minute session includes a warm-up, fun and athletic basketball drills focused on fundamentals to both challenge you and strengthen your basics. After the drills, put your new skills to the test in a friendly match, giving you the chance to experience real game play in a relaxed setting. A cool-down wraps up the session.
